Custom conveyor belt
Using our standard conveyor belt modules is the most economical solution. You can combine these modules in many ways to build a creative route! Want to create a deviating route? Please contact Pre-Motion; many things are possible! Do keep in mind that production costs will then be higher.
For larger orders we’ll gladly offer tailor-made solutions as well. For display conveyors in store displays, for instance. Feel free to show us your creative plans; we can advise you on your concept.

Special projects: based on standard conveyor belt modules
Pre-Motion provided a Catwalker Single Lane of over 36 metres in length. The product display ‘disappeared’ in the backdrop. By combining straight and curved modules, a unique concept was created!

For the fashion exhibition Catwalk at the Rijksmuseum Dutch designer Erwin Olaf used a Catwalker Giant from Pre-Motion. Over 20 mannequins in dresses from the 20th century paraded past the crowd.

For this special trade show booth, Pre-Motion collaborated with the stand builder. The Route Around sushi conveyor is built into the bar surface. From behind the bar, staff serve drinks to all booth visitors.

Custom projects: tailor-made conveyor belt modules
A 36-metre-long Single Lane ‘garland’ built to order. This recessed display conveyor carries over 100 smart phones and tablets. Thanks to mirrors on the ceiling, the products can be seen from all sides.

Beer bottles on an extra narrow conveyor belt. Behind the integrated back wall, the bottles travel back to the start. Pre-Motion provided the tailor-made Route Return presentation system.

A shoe store with a Catwalker Twin Lane full of shoes. This Route Return display conveyor is extra wide and has a glossy finish. It’s just as if the boots and shoes are really walking!
