Pre-Motion designs and manufactures the moving presentation systems in-house. We’re involved with the entire process: from design and production to assembly and service.

All moving presentation systems are for sale. Various turntables and display conveyor models are also for rent.

You can indicate a rental period in days or weeks, depending on the product chosen. Please contact us by phone or email to check if the presentation system is still available for the dates of your choice.

Pre-Motion will install your rented or purchased system for you. It is important you make sure there’s a power outlet nearby. Also, your floor or furniture should be ready for the installation of the presentation system.

Following a consultation with us, you can also install and disassemble the presentation system yourself. This can be particularly useful for clients who rent frequently, or clients outside Europe. We will explain the process, and if necessary, provide installation training.

PFor many presentation systems Pre-Motion already provides an indication of the price, or a starting price, online. For complex conveyor belt routes or large presentation systems, we can provide a tailor-made quotation. Please send us your request, as specific as possible, by email or (quotation) form.

Pre-Motion sells and rents presentation systems to businesses (B2B). We cater to end-users and intermediaries, like stand builders, communications agencies and car companies.

Pre-Motion builds and delivers the moving presentation system. Your own party takes care of the design of your space. We’ll gladly collaborate with your architect or interior designer to incorporate the presentation system into your space. In rental projects, Pre-Motion often collaborates with events agencies and stand builders to arrive at beautiful results.

Yes, we develop and build the conveyor belts in our own shop in Veenendaal. Delivery and installation are also carried out by Pre-Motion. We’ll gladly collaborate with your architect or interior builder to create a beautiful result.

Yes; you can compose your own route, going around and back and forth. How about a creative L, F, S or O shape? Pre-Motion offers conveyor belt modules you can combine to create any route you want.

If you want special shapes or corners, or a T-junction, for instance, we can make it happen! Please contact us for more information about tailor-made conveyor belts. Custom belt systems, deviating from the standard modules, will be more expensive, though. We recommend using our standard modules whenever possible for the best price.

If you want, we can offer an estimate of the price based on your sketches or ideas. We can only offer an exact quotation once we receive a detailed drawing of your plans (including measurements).

For the Plug & Play systems and the bar with conveyor belt we use fixed rental and sale prices. You can compose these products on our website to fit your needs. The price will depend on the options you choose.

The sushi belt systems are only 7 cm high. They can easily be installed either on top of your furniture or recessed. You can put the conveyor belt on top of your table or other furniture, or have it recessed level with the surface. Only the motor will require a slightly larger cut-out underneath the surface.

You can easily install the Catwalker Compact yourself. The presentation belt consists of one piece and requires no technical installation. Simply plug it into a power outlet and it’s working!

The number of dishes or glasses that can go around simultaneously depends on the type of conveyor belt you choose. On the double lane conveyor of the Route Return or Plug & Play conveyor, you can present 11 dishes or drinks per metre. Would you rather have a single lane conveyor, with the Route Around or a bar with conveyor belt? In that case you can present about 6 dishes or drinks per metre.

Yes; one of the advantages of our sushi belt is you can easily remove and add presentation platters yourself.

Many guests in your restaurant or at your event? Just fill the entire conveyor belt with presentation platters. When things slow down, simply remove a number of platters. This way, you won’t have empty presentation platters; there’s just more space between the passing dishes and drinks. The sushi conveyor appears fully-stocked all the time!

Yes; a major advantage of our design is the lack of small crevices in the conveyor belt. Once the presentation platters are removed, all that remains is a flat surface with a narrow, vertical slot and 2 tiny gliding strips. Just wipe the surface and the presentation platters and your system is sparkling clean again!

Our conveyor belt systems are very safe. Has someone put a finger on the conveyor belt and there’s a presentation platter approaching? No problem at all; the presentation platter is light and will come loose right away. No fingers will get stuck. Guests cannot reach the chain technology inside the conveyor belt. Even the youngest children can safely take dishes from the conveyor belt!

Our conveyor belt systems are built to run non-stop for years in your restaurant. The technology Pre-Motion uses, is also used in shop windows, 24/7.

You can order a single turntable from us, or several at once. Small turntables can be ordered online directly. For large orders, please contact Pre-Motion; we’ll gladly offer advice and give you a quotation.

If you’re interested in a medium turntable or large revolving platform, please let us know your ideas and wishes. Based on these, you’ll get a tailor-made quotation from us. Large revolving platforms will be installed at your location by our installation team

Order are usually delivered in 3 - 4 business days; Pre-Motion delivers the small turntables from stock. Generally, after payment has been confirmed, they will be shipped the same day. Some additional options and the delivery of large turntables may take a little more time.

With each turntable the volume discount/quantum discount is indicated. This discount is applied automatically in your shopping cart. Larger quantities (> 100) available op on request.

You may pick up you order at our office (in Veenendaal, the Netherlands) or we'll ship your order to your address. We ship turntables up to Ø 80 cm with DPD parcel service. They will deliver during office hours. Once we have shipped your order, you’ll receive a Track & Trace-code so that you can follow your parcel.

We only ship to countries within the European Union through the webshop. For shipping to countries outside the European Union, please contact us.

Net prices are listed exclusive of VAT. Dutch taxes (21%) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

As a foreign company you will not have to pay VAT to the Dutch authorities. If you enter your VAT number when paying for your order, we will set the VAT at 0% (please fill in your VAT-number without spaces).

Delivery costs vary depending of the country of delivery and the size of your order. Check out our overview of countries we ship to, mentioning the delivery costs for each country.

Electric turntables may also be picked up at Pre-Motion (in Ede, the Netherlands), so you can see the turntable spinning before you buy. Please do call us in advance to make an appointment (+31318505780). You can pay with your debit card and take your order with you right away.

We strive to ship incoming orders as quickly as possible (same-day shipping). After handling and shipping of your order, it is no longer possible to change it. We generally dispatch same day so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to your order.

You will first receive an e-mail order confirmation containing all the order details. After receipt of payment, the online shop automatically generates an e-mail invoice.

Our e-mails might end up in your spam box initially. So please monitor your spam box as well, or add info@pre-motion.nl to your contacts list as a safe address.

Yes; when paying for your order you are able to add, for example, a PO or WO number to your invoice.

Returns may only be carried out with the agreement of Pre-Motion. You have to inform us of a return request within 8 days of receiving the order.

Should we give our permission for the return of goods (which are not subject to a returns’ claim) the customer will be liable for the post and packaging costs of the return. Pre-Motion will reimburse all purchase costs minus any transport or associated costs of returning the items, either through payment or by issuing a credit note. In the case of damages or wear and tear, the amount to be reimbursed will be reduced accordingly.

Return claims: you must inform Pre-Motion of any product defects in writing and within 8 days of receipt, and return any such goods at Pre-Motion’s expense. If the packaging has become visibly damaged during transport - meaning the product is also damaged - you must notify Pre-Motion of this within 3 working days of delivery.

Since proper functioning of the turntable strongly depends on the manner in which weight is distributed on the turning construction, we are not able to offer long-term warranty.

It might take up to 12 hours before information about the shipment is being shown via the Track & Trace-code.

If you want to convert the turntable into a turntable without power outlet, you should contact us. For a small fee, we can open open up the turntable, remove the revolving power source for you and then send the converted turntable back to you.

Please note: the turntable is not covered under warranty after you have opened up the turntable yourself.

Yes; the presentation disc comes with a small plastic bag with 6 screws + 6 rings.

We provide a step-by-step guide for mounting a presentation disc on your turntable.

Our web shop offers presentation discs of Ø 30 - 80 cm. Please note that these presentation discs are too large for the two smallest turntables in our web shop: the MAX 4 kg turntable and the MAX 5 kg turntable. You are, however, able to mount your own presentation disc to one of those small turntables (< Ø 30 cm).

No; you are only able to lower the speed of rotation of our MAX 100 - 200 - 300 kg turntable continuously up to -40%.

Electric turntables only turn in one direction (usually clockwise). You can check out the direction of a specific turntable by looking for the tab with Specifications under each product.

Exception: for the MAX 500 - 750 kg turntable you are, however, able to make the turntable rotate in both directions by selecting the option for clockwise and counter clockwise rotation.

No; electric turntables only have one rotation speed, varying from 1 to 2.5 rotation(s) per minute. You can check out the rotation speed of a specific turntable by looking for the tab with Specifications under each product.

However, for the MAX 100 - 200 - 300 kg turntable, you are able to lower the speed of rotation continuously up to -40% by purchasing speed control with your turntable.

It depends on the type of turntable you choose.

Our webshop turntables are sold without top plate. This allows you to screw on the presentation platform of your choice yourself. This is very easy to do. If so desired, you can also order a presentation disc with your turntable; Pre-Motion offers them in various diameters and materials.

Revolving platforms with a diameter of 150 cm and up are sold with a sturdy top surface of laminated wood, which you may finish in any manner you choose.

Want to spin an electric device on the turntable? Or you want lighting on the platform? You’ll need a turning power connection. In such cases, select the extra option ‘sliding contact’. A 230 V power connection (connector block) will turn along with the platform.

Which turntable you need, depends not only on the weight; weight distribution is equally important. The maximum weight capacity mentioned with each turntable is based on products placed in the centre of the platform. Want to distribute the weight on a turntable eccentrically? Then we recommend a heavier turntable; our medium turntables and large revolving platforms can be loaded eccentrically.

The diameter of the top plate is also an important factor. With a large diameter there will be a leverage effect. This means you will need a larger revolving platform when you’re using a larger presentation disc.

What exactly does the leverage effect entail? A good example to illustrate the effect is lifting a bucket full of water. You’ll probably find it easy to lift a bucket of ten kilos. But when you’re asked to hold the same bucket with your arm extended -with the bucket at about half a metre from your body- it suddenly becomes almost impossible to hold the bucket in the air. This leverage principle plays an important role with turntables, when carrying a load that’s not in the middle or is not evenly distributed.

Including plans for a turntable in the routing of your new building? If so, you can have the turntable installed flush with the floor. Pre-Motion can assist with the building plans. We can provide a template and a stainless steel rim to help create a perfectly round recess in your floor.

Pre-Motion has a very extensive assortment of turntables for sale and for rent. Our turntables are high quality and built to spin for years: you get the best value for your money. At Pre-Motion, you buy directly from the product’s designer and manufacturer. This offers advantages; we can adapt the turntable to your specific wishes.

Pre-Motion’s standard car turntable is Ø 4.5 metres across and has a 3000 kg carrying capacity. Most passenger cars will fit on this diameter. A bigger disc is optional. In case you’ll also use the turntable for car presentations in your showroom, for instance. For delivery vans, campers and other heavy vehicles Ø 5 metres is a popular choice (or even bigger, if needed).

Points to consider when looking for a suitable space in your existing building or new development:

1. Logical positioning: The location should be positioned conveniently within your routing. Especially when you plan to photograph a large number of cars a day, this is very important. It’s practical to position the photo studio near the car wash/cleaning department.

2. Easy entry and exit: There should be no obstacles for each car to drive in and out of the studio quickly. After all, you want to put the car online as soon as possible. In our flexible 360-degree turning software you can easily enter the car’s entry and exit positions. So it doesn’t matter if the entry position is not the right photography position.

3. Avoid daylight: Make sure you can control the lighting in your space as much as possible. Pre-Motion can offer advice on proper lighting.

4. Keep it practical: Create a background and floor that are practical for every-day use and remain nice within the ‘dirty surroundings’ of an automotive business. An anthracite coloured floor, for instance..

Perhaps you already have a space for photography and wish to improve/expand it with turntable technology. 3 options can be distinguished:

1. New development: You choose our basic turntable. You include the plans for a photography space in the routing of your building. A turntable recess of about 15.5 cm is taken into consideration during structural work, so that the platform will be flush with the concrete floor. Pre-Motion can help you with the building plans and supply a wooden template and stainless steel rim for the recessed area.

2. Free space available: You build your own back wall, or you combine Pre-Motion’s standard wall elements to create a U or L shaped wall, or Pre-Motion installs a complete studio box in your space. For the photo box you’ll need a location with a minimum of 7 x 9 metres of free space, in your workshop, for instance.

3. Existing photography space or photo studio: You already have a well-equipped photography area on your grounds and wish to add turntable technology. Choose our basic turntable or our turntable with additional construction (erhöhtem Boden und Auffahrkante, zum Beispiel). Bei der zuletzt genannten Lösung für Autofotografie können Sie Ihre Autos dank einer schrägen Auffahrkante problemlos auf die 15 cm hohe Drehscheibe fahren.

The platform comes equipped witht basic controls: a control panel with buttons for start, stop, left and right, as well as a speed control. The turntable can also be set to spin continuously at a specific speed for 360-degree videos.

With the optional extended 360-degree positioning, you can make the platform stop precisely at pre-programmed positions (with a maximum of 15 stops). This makes it easy to create beautiful photo series. On the touch panel you can create turning programmes to an accuracy of one degree.

This extended positioning option is also available with 36 stops and integrated camera control. This system will create photos entirely automatically. Virtually all Nikon and Canon cameras are compatible with our control software. Feel free to inquire whether this pertains to your camera.

Our optional Photo-Motion Manager offers even more possibilities. With a PC and this software you control the turntable, your camera(s) and the lighting. Your car photos and interior pictures are stored together automatically and organised in the folder of the car name you’ve entered. Additionally, you can easily create export profiles/pre-sets for various online platforms you wish to advertise the car on. For example: 8 photos for AutoScout, 6 photos for eBay, 12 photos for your own website and photos for your 360° or 3D animation. With 1 mouse click your car is online!

You can use the photo series you’ve shot as a solid basis for your photo system. Add some interior shots to the exterior shots.

The Photo-Motion Manager (PC control with software) enables you to easily create export profiles for the online platforms you wish to publish your photo series on. This will save you time; your photos are organised right away and ready to go online with a single mouse click.

It might not seem logical to start with a turntables manufacturer. A stable and quality turntable, however, is the basis everything else will revolve around (and on). It’s important that the turntable is stable, reliable and can be positioned easily. The turntable should be able to grow along with future software developments.

It’s often underestimated just how much force is needed to have heavy revolving objects like cars stop and start repeatedly during a photo shoot, day after day. It requires a durable and virtually maintenance-free turntable.

The concept will only spin on a solid basis! In this rapidly-growing market, we see many parties offering turntables from their own area of expertise (photo studio construction, photography, lighting or 360° software). These are certainly valuable. Do make sure, however, that the turntable they offer is reliable and ready for the future. The differences in durability, control and reliability are huge.
